Delivery & Returns
Expedited courier delivery service is offered on all our products. When dispatched each shipment contains a tracking number which is communicated to you by email.
We currently offer delivery across the European Union from our distribution centre in Malta. Zone 1 and Zone 2 countries enjoy free delivery on orders exceeding 25 euros and 55 euros respectively. See the tables below.

All products are delivered in a sealed dispatch bag. Please make sure not to accept the delivery if the dispatch bag shows signs of tampering. switchecig.com will not take responsibility for products which have been tampered with but were still accepted by our clients for health and hygienic reasons.
You may contact our customer care by email on [email protected] at anytime. We will be happy to assist you on any queries relating to our store, products ordered or purchased. Extended customer care is offered in Malta. Clients based in Malta who have queries or problems with online purchased products may visit one of our premium resellers for assistance. If you wish to return the item either because you changed your mind (14-days from delivery) or because a manufacturing fault has been detected during the guarantee period (1-year for eCigarette kits), you have to follow these three basic steps.
Orders delivered in the European Union
- Fill our online return form below. We will notify you by email when to proceed to the next step.
- Visit your local post office and send the product including the original packaging by registered post and send us the tracking number.
- After we receive the product and inspect it, we will contact you again to offer adequate compensation. Compensation can be either in the form of money back (14- day cooling off period only), a credit note redeemable through the online store or a replacement. If a replacement is provided, we will deliver this back to your address at no cost to you.
Orders delivered in Malta
- Visit one of the premium resellers. Take with you the product in its original packaging and receipt of payment issued by the website.
- In shop personnel will inspect the product and guide you accordingly.
- The product may be sent to us directly so that we will inspect the product and advice a way forward. Compensation will be given only in case of manufacturing faults and not wear and tear. Compensation can be either in the form of money back credit note or replacement. If a replacement is provided, we will deliver this for you to your preferred premium reseller.
